and happy but you cant argue with same kinda service and you get free sky channels

They don't cap Sky Max (although there is a fair usage clause) - all other Sky services have a usage cap, which (as far as I'm aware) is only loosly applied, i.e. if you go over the cap too often on the Mid service they will bump you up to the Max service and charge you for the Max service.

I believe Sky non-LLU cap.

I am on Sky Max (via an LLU exchange)

Last night while downloading a game client via uTorrent (yes, there are legal uses for torrents) I was maxing out my 8 meg connection at 825K/s, I think that is uncapped.
