@AAuser if your line rental is with A&A you need to migrate it to Zen first.
This is what's worrying me to be honest. My Broadband is due to go over next Monday but not another week for the phone service.
I think A&A will chop it off when the BB goes over - which I hope not as they are still charging me for a month or so so they can dam well keep it going until it's migrated!
Unless the notice to transfer the phone stops it. I'm e-mailing them now!
They have said
"The line will remain active for 7 days, we will then contact you if the line has not been transfered in this time.They are monitored so people do not just lose service"
My line is going over to Zen on the 15th which is the Monday after
