This is what's worrying me to be honest. My Broadband is due to go over next Monday but not another week for the phone service.

I think A&A will chop it off when the BB goes over - which I hope not as they are still charging me for a month or so so they can dam well keep it going until it's migrated!

Unless the notice to transfer the phone stops it. I'm e-mailing them now!

They have said

"The line will remain active for 7 days, we will then contact you if the line has not been transfered in this time.They are monitored so people do not just lose service"

My line is going over to Zen on the 15th which is the Monday after

Hi Kel,

I sure will. I was going to go for the 500GB option but now to find out it is unlimited is a no brainer. So far i'm being hit most days with order update e-mails smile

They won't. I informed A&A precisely what I was doing, and invited them to invoice me for the extra line rental period during my migration (broadband+line) from them to Zen.

The broadband migration to Zen happens first. Once that order is complete, Zen submit another order to move the line over. As long as you keep A&A in the loop as to what you're doing etc, there should be no problem.

my line is going over 7 days after the BB migration. Which is how long A&A keep the line active for after someone has left.
