Hi,

I had the same problem with Sales and others elsewhere have been moaning on this topic..

Please can you 'educate' sales with your boots if need be Shaun,

O2 have 2 types of products, their LLU based ones but also ACCESS (known as no access smile ) which is their BT Ipstramm based up to 8 megs product..

It took me a long while to get it through the heasds of 'sales' when I migrated over from O2 ACCESS. that I was on the basic product ...

Sales also need to up-date this reference as people think they are going to be charged for migrating with their MAC..

When you placed an order on line did it say it was an LLU one then?

I phoned up in the end and tried to explain the different products to 'sales' eventually between sales and on-line order it was sorted but even your support dept. were not aware of the different O2 prioducts.

I think that you may have lost 'sales' recently where folk have been unable to sign up easily, as I say moans on forums, but there appears to be a mass migration with MACS from ACCESS in place so worth sorting 'sales out' <grin> I have been boasting how good my connection is on AAISP ..
