Reduce number of units

[link to this post]

Because of the extra flexibility with the new system I can reduce the number of units I need.

However, I can't find a place to do this on the website, Any pointers please?

I can never find a link from the Control Pages to the Sales page, so I just go direct to https://www.s-s-l.co.uk/orderpage.cgi

Then click on the line that contains my address and select "Change your tarrif".

It's a bit fiddly TBH and more complicated that it should be ao I've prodded RevK on IRC to see if he's willing to create a dedicated tarrif change option.

I have just phoned Accounts and reduced my units, took about 2 minutes to do and less stressful than using the web-site smile

It's a bit easier now!
Go to
www.aaisp.net.uk
In the Left menu, click Broadband, then Regrade. That page has info on how to change line options.
