How long does it take to switch between fastpath &interleave

I thought this sort of change only took about 2 working days, but it seems to be taking a lot longer.
I hit the "interleave on" button about 2 weeks ago but I'm still on fastpath.
I thought I'd try out "interleave on" to see if I could get a lower error count, in the hope that BT will give me a better s/n margin.

I can see the order that was placed into BT but we never got an answer back (XML order) I will take a proper look when I get in tomorrow

Probably an idea when interleaving is on to remove the banded profile as well

Thanks for looking into this Shaun - It looks like the interleave has now been switched on.

If you can get the banded profile removed I would be grateful.

I think the "banded profile" must have been removed as my sync speed has increased from 6656 to 13907.

I'm hoping that having interleaving on will mean that errors get corrected so BT will not dump me back onto the banded profile after a few days. The "banded profile" is nothing but a menace!

How can you tell if your on a banded profile, it is indicated on aaisp's status pages.
