ADSL2+ when for my exchange?

So from the details listed here -

it says that the go live date will be before the end of this month. How do I know if this is still correct? Is there any way of knowing when my exchange will be able to have the 24mb speeds? I'm on AAISP by the way.

Don't get too excited. My exchange, Hawarden is on that list for between October 2009 and this month (March 2010) but Andrews & Arnold's checker now says November 2010.

There seems to be rather more work here than just hiccups on the line.

That's planned maintenance, covering a multitude of sins.

Hmmm..... my exchange was due in April too, and that's now November.

Good job I already have ADSL2+ with Be* !

Oh well, another hope gone for a rural bb user.

Yeah been changed to end of November for me as well. It also says on that page
"Our check also indicates that your line currently supports an estimated ADSL2+ broadband line speed of 9Mbps."
What the hell does this mean? That even on adsl2+ I will only get 9mbs and nowhere near 24mb. I get 6.5mb now so it be around 2.5mb quicker. If this is the case I won't be getting too excited about adsl2+

Nobody gets 24MB unless they live next door to the exchange. BT ADSL2 is set to very conservative settings as well... Be get double the sync of BT here.

Just checked again and it says between September and November this year which is not to long I suppose. The line checker says I should be able to get around 14mb connection which will be cool. Over double my current rate, so roll on the upgrade I say!
