Nothing special as such but:

Rather puzzled by your saying 'Any further BTW involvement may incur a charge'. Can't see that in the price list. But if you can say it, so can we. Any further AAISP involvement may incur charges payable by BT.

We note you say 'Please resolve this issue directly with your customer'. If we could have done that we would not have raised a trouble ticket would we

Your paying very high premium prices and very low usage allowances for this?

Just looks unprofessional to me.

Nice try troll but seeing as i'm at work all day 1GB per unit during the day is fine with me all my usage is during off peak time so 2 units is PLENTY which is £20 a month with no throttling/shaping on any port or any traffic so perhaps you can show me an ISP where I can do 100GB for the region of £20 a month with a service that actually manages to sort out the imbeciles at BT Wholesale. Mind you if the shambles that is BT would upgrade my exchange to 21cn preferably sometime before 23cn comes along then i'd get more for my money laugh

I suppose you think an exchange running hot on all VPs is acceptable to then be given a 6 month fix date and I suppose you think it's acceptable that for over a MONTH BT Wholesale denied there was a problem insisting the exchange is green when it wasn't.

Name ONE other ISP that would have put that much pressure on them to get it sorted (and they did well before the new DSLAM was installed btw!!)

Oh and name an ISP where you can see all the logs when you raise a ticket like you do at AA so you can see all the attempts of BTW to book an SFI visit for an exchange issue, presumably knowing they will find no fault because 1 there is no fault as such and 2 they will come out between 9-5 when there is NO congestion.

I ike the BTW update that says there's no fault because I did a speedtest at midnight and it came back at 5Mbps, well yes it's midnight you numpties everyone sensible was in BED.

Perhaps you can enlighten us all as to what proactive monitoring measures BTW have over VPs to manage capacity because from my experience it appears to be NONE either that or they were lying through their teeth...

and now after BTW have been fiddling around they've locked me down on a 2Mbps IP profile - I suppose that's their idea of a fix... wink

FYI, after having 3 recent visits by BT's engineers during off-peak time to investigate my 15 Meg download speed plummeting to 0.8 Meg ............. Orange have arranged for BT to check my broadband connection, etc - AFTER 6pm, next Thursday smile
