Draytek 2926

I've just got a new Draytek 2926 router and found that it doesn't respond to BQM on VM broadband..

As a test I've gone so far as to turn the firewall off completely, but still just a red screen.

Any ideas?

If i remember go to System Maintenance - Management and you will find the Disable ping from internet box
