Interpret BQM (Ireland)

[link to this post]

Hey, would be great if someone knowledgeable would confirm my suspicions by checking my BQM:
https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/...

The graph goes wild during the day and levels out at night which looks like oversubscription to me.
For additional context, my problem is solely with gaming latency in Arena shooters, where I'm getting kicked for 'warping'. I had a couple of engineer visits already, no issues inside the apartment - currently waiting feedback from the 'head office'. I'm using a Hub 3 box in modem mode and a netgear router, everything is hard wired.

What is your connection speed and how much of it do you think you are using?

If you (or others using the connection) are downloading/streaming at the same time as gaming you will see this. Some form as QoS would help in that case.

500/50

Since I set up the graph on 26th, I haven't been doing any online gaming, no downloads, my wife and I work from home few days a week on a VPN, no meetings/video calls. Only thing that 'taxes' our connection is Netflix.
I have QoS set up on the netgear router to prioritize my desktop gaming pc..
There is literally close to 0 usage on the connection for the past week, yet the graph is going wild during the day.

If you are not using it and still seeing increased latency then it is an issue with your provider and possibly due to contention.
