Showing red since last night

Any idea why this is happening? ISP (Squirrel) said it's not them.

I can ping the pingbox via ping plotter and run a tracert but it's still showing red.

The thread on this forum may throw some light on the problem.
Cogent reportedly had problems Wednesday night due to power loss in a UK datacentre.
