Virgin - Reported 100% Dropped packets

Hi,
I'm with Virgin, 350Mb connection.
Had some recent issues with connection dropping out so set up a BQM. Issues seem to have improved, but I occasionally still get reports of 100% packet loss (see graph) which starts and stops for no apparent reason, and doesn't seem to be related to whether connection is working or not.
Any ideas what's going on here please?

Check if your IP is matching the one on the TBB monitor, if it isnt, update the IP.

Hi Festa, I am on virgin 125 service and am experiencing same 100% packet loss shown on BQM. Reboot of hub or trace route sometimes fixes this but not always. I have checked that IP address is correct.
I have also noticed that BQM on some occassions shows a chart for my local device ip address and this shows normal performance despite external ip address chart showing 100% packet loss??
