BQM No DATA

Further to my post of 10 Oct re no data when using TODAY button this morning no data using either Today Button or History button New BQM created but same result !!!

Have just tried using diferent browser and works ok does this suggest an issue with Chrome?

I can't replicate the issue with my Chrome.
Have you tried Chrome in a Private Window?
Also have you tried a fresh Chrome profile disabling all plug-ins.. any web filtering/firewall/cookie-limiting/ad blocking, etc.?

Edit: Also click "Remember me" when you login as otherwise you get timed out after 4 hours and may end up with refreshing a page when you're no longer logged in.. if this happens occasionally this might be why.

We've changed one of the bits on NO DATA so it will show another message. This may also help if you see that instead. Let us know what you see on there.

When i first opened BQM this morning Old BQM showed no data with Today and History buttons New BQM initially showed NO DATA AUTHOR ERR using TODAY button and data showed with History button the TODAY Button on this chart now shows data as expected. Old BQM still showing no data both buttons.

Both BQMs work exactly as expected in a chrome incognito window. Does this suggest some changes required to normal account? If so what is causing changes to chrome to bring these issues on overnight??

Did you test things with all plugins in Chrome disabled?

All extensions are and were OFF .
This morning Old BQM still no data using either button
New BQM works as expected.
Both BQMs work as expected in Firefox

This is very frustrating. We can't see it in Chrome so struggling to work out what could be the cause.. Need correlating with others probably.
