joined BT Broadband this morning and now i have exactly the same problem ? i can downlaod the files through firefox and i.e ok but if i use the rapidget downloaded i did before my links flash really fast saying finding link/downloading and 3/4 never do anything (never had a prob last eve just since connected to bt this morning.

any ideas done some searching but couldnt find anything concrete to read on the problem

All I will say is you will get NO help here whatsoever. None of us can download from rapidshare even using FF or IE due to a transparent proxy and all traffic on port 80 going through it.

yes rapidshare premium accounts work, but why should I pay for one when I use it once a month if that. Also it is BT's problem I cannot download from it as they are forcing the proxy. Why have it at all??
