Save password in BT Yahoo! Browser

[link to this post]

Anyone able to help with this problem?

In reply to:

My cousin has BT Broadband and uses the BT Yahoo! browser. She can't save the password in it and has to type it in every time, which is bugging her. I don't use it myself so I'm not sure if that's one of it's features.

Is there a preference I can tick / untick to allow her to save the password in the future?
If not, Is it a problem anyone has come across before, with a fix?
If I need to just uninstall and reinstall it, how do I do that with the BT Yahoo! Browser and keep all the personalized settings?

Thanks in advance

{EDIT} I'm talking about the initial login password to log in to the BTYahoo! service, as the browser loads

{EDIT} I've moved this question to the BT Broadband section

There is a box that says save my password tick it, if you have to reinstall the browser personal settings will be as they were when you install it again, my bookmarks and the custom colours I set on the BT Yahoo homepage were even if you remove it using the add/remove programs first, at least they stayed for me when I removed and reinstalled it.

I think as well as ticking the "remember" box you have to make a small change in account set up to allow multiple logins. If you do this you will get a drop down box showing all users. (I'm in the office at the moment so can't check my setup)
