When I got max'd it took over 3mths to get mine sorted

Oh yeah - lets all go screaming to OFCOM !!

Better to just wait until the 10 day training period is over then get back to them with your findings. they wont listen to you until then.

Ofcom wont investigate individual cases, you would need most of BT's customers to complain before they would do anything.

Their are steps you can do to help for example turn off your router for at least 70 minutes before powering back on again. You may find in 6 hours time all is well.
