You may want to have a look at this thread (Mailserver Topic) if you value your email privacy really highly - just to be sure it remains as private as you want it once BT start selling access to its customers traffic later this year to a third party advertising company.

You should just be able to use your in house Exchange solution. Unless the SMTP server side of it has been configured to be internal only.

You could use BT's which I think work on the move.

thanks to all for you tips i have used mail.btinternet.com as the SMTP relay for none BT domains had to set them up in BT user profile so BT lets them though.
