HD Streaming

My question is as follows

I am considering Signing upto ESPN360 which is a video service over the net allowing you to watch US Sport live but ESPN states you can watch some of the games in HD streams needing 2mb of connection my question is this Would BT Broadband allow me to use this service and how much data would the average game use. Am i likely to get my connection throttled. Im on Option 2. My IP Profile is 5.5 meg.

Do they have any kind of sample to try it out with?

You need to check the ESPN terms carefully, they may not allow some stuff to be viewed outside the US.
