Maybe you should try
http://www.vivaciti.net/ as they uses Cable and wireless which is unbundled here and then you would get off the awful BT system.
Mine is stable now and have been for 8 days, gone the other way now.

now it gone back the other way,

I don't think I will be staying with Bt once m contract is done.
