I've tried 2 different laptops, two routers, ipconfig /flushdns, ctrl + F5, cleared browser cache, different DNS servers (OpenDNS) and the IP address you gave.
Still no joy.
It must be an equipment problem at the exchange surely ?
I think I am going to raise this with BT.
Does anyone know the best number to call ?
Just spoken to the Open University and they have had loads of calls from students on BT who cannot access the web site so it is definitely a BT related problem.
I just get the page that says Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage, there is no error number.
I cannot ping the IP address.
Yes it could be the OU have blocked a range of addresses in error.
I will give them another call.
