Thanks for waste of time, stich up!!!

Thanks for nerffing my connetion after 3 weeks as a new customer then when i ask for help it gets worse.

300 metters from exchange and yet the way my line is now setup you would think I was out in the sticks.

*connection speed cut from 24mb to 14mb after asking about why my latency went up from 8ms to 25ms(to exchange) and my in game ping from 30 to 160.

I used to get 25ms ping in world of warcraft now its 260ms ping. great job

For this reason Im leaving bt after less than 2 months service.

Infaced I would like to thank the rob from this forum, your site is really helpfull to understand the nature of the bt service. BT shoud pay you to link your site as its the ONLY help ive had since being an ADSL customer. thanks m8.

If there's anything I can look into for you with regards to your BT broadband email your details to [email protected] if you want and I'll see what's going on, sorry to hear you are still having connection problems.

All the best,

Stephanie

Hi,

The technical team are currently dealing with your issues and the notes on the account state that you will get a call back tomorrow after you agreed to monitor the broadband for a couple of days.

Yeah this is the type of email I receive. yes thanks what a kick in the teeth, because I havent been trying to use it every day and ringing bt every day since with the reply of your speed looks fine.

ITS CALLED LATENCY. and yes I can still see itsa dont changed by running a comand prompt and typing "ping -t 217.32.147.1 witch is my first hope from the modem witch the lag has startd after the firmware update once the engineer has left my flat so I cant show him the erros bla bla bla...

I cant belive after an enginer watching my games on my pc loss connection and be far too lagy to play (too much of a delay).

FULLY refused a free disscontion with no fee for the reason (this is the best bit) sed by bt on the phone "there is nothing wrong with your line" even though thay state on there website the support of online gaming.

also my line speed has dropped since ive asked for help with clearly gose aganst BT's policy of providing the best posible speed down your line.

EDIT: add I would love to recored a phone call and play it back to thoes who need proof of there unprofessional approach and there inability to even understand the concept of online gaming with its necessary requirements.
