IP Profile?

Hi guys,

Just noticed that my IP profile has went down from 7,150kbps to 5400kbps.

I have not reset/restarted my router, and everything has been runing fine, usually getting 6.9meg download speed, but now it has went down to about 5meg. If I leave this for a few days, should the IP Profile go back to what it was before?

It should yes, would take about 3 days to do so tho.

You may not of rebooted the router but it may have lost connection at some point witch has cause the lower sync speeds. I assume you are still connected at 8128?

any chance you can post your router stats ?

line stats are fine, few errors there but not loads so not to worry about that..

Just give it a few days and your speed should go back up. If not just give BT a ring and they will reset your IP/BRAS profile for you

with that connection you should seea profile of 7 meg or higher once the up time reaches 5 days go to speedtester.bt.com run the speedtest and see what the ip profile is
