For a start off, the a qualified electrician will have City and Guilds certificates in "being an electrician" (City & Guilds 2330 or 233 or 2360 or 236).

So you check the supplied documentation.

"Supplied" is the key word, If somebody would like to scan documents from BT and post them, then that would be supplied, otherwise it's just posted.

You can't have it both ways, either you trust what is posted on the internet or you don't, please make your mind up.
