EO lines

My exchange is green for infinity but not my street. One of the BT agents I spoke to mentioned there is no record of a cabinet number for my property but didn't know if that signifies an EO line. I suspect I may be connected directly to the exchange (about 500m away) but I'm struggling to find anyone at BT who can answer that question. Any suggestions?

If I do have an EO line then I would look to move house but obviously I would prefer not to do this based on misinformation.

CLCOV = exchange code for Covent Garden, M_A indicates you're exchange only, on MDF 'A", the number 1 is 1 for exchange only, 0 for on a cabinet, and the 100% is the proportion of properties in that postcode that are exchange only.

EDIT: More exactly it's the % of properties in that postcode covered by this entry.

Check the post code of any proposed new location before committing - and preferably check using the existing phone number there, as long as it isn't Sky or TalkTalk. Some postcode areas can be part cabinet and part EO.
