Yep.. Last night when I tested never saved both the parts of the download test were similar not exactly the same but no massive fluctuations either

Well the speed issue hasn't reappeared as yet but got a call from BT asking if everything was running normal

This has started to happen to me this evening. I just did this test - first time ever this has happened and I have been with Infinity 2 for about 5 years.

I have been having speed issues most evenings so I decided to call bt who said their is a problem on the network and they will inform openreach who will give me a call within 48hours.

I also mentioned congestion to which I never got a clear answer too but I do know Talk talk is congested at that exchange... If this persists would a change in isp help or will it be a case of bt wholesale bottleneck or bt just not purchasing enough bandwidth

Just did a BT speedtest and got 2.41mbps down and 16up. Mine is much worse than the 15mbps I got in the last post!
