Yes earlier today when broadband dropped out; been up now for over 10 hours. Also rebooted Hub (router) at same time.
As I understand it, you have a modem connected to the phone line and a Home Hub 4 connected to the modem.
Please confirm that is the case.
If so, call the modem a "modem" and call the Home Hub 4 a "Hub"
