They can drop the it may cost warning, but after those who were found to be at fault were getting billed complained about no warning the warning had to be added.

So is it better to warn 'threaten' or keep people in the dark about the risk?

Why would dlm be reducing the upstream noise margin when it�s been maxed out all along?

Had a further engineer, turned out they had booked a line test and boost visit, no fault found and said the line was exceptional for its length.. Engineer said they should have booked a superfast assurance visit. He tried to reset the DLM on his phone but didn't have a OGEA number to enter. BT say they may send a third engineer next week if it doesn't improve.
