BT Reward Card

I had my BT Fibre Broadband installed on Friday September 11.
I'm enjoying it very much.
When I go to claim my reward card it does not show up that I'm eligible yet. Am I being to quick to see it there?
Anyone who has claimed the reward card, I would welcome feedback

Four years since I claimed one, but think it was a few days later before I tried to claim. So give it another working day or two and then chase them

After activation, you have to wait for the 14 day cooling off period to elapse before you can claim, so the reward card should be available for you to claim on 25 September. They don't make this at all clear.

However, judging by the number of complaints in the Billing section of the BT community forum, it often fails to appear.

If it doesn't become available to claim, quickest resolution is to joint the BT Community forum and put a post in the Billing section. The mods there will PM you for the details and organise the card to be sent out, they sorted mine out without any fuss, and I had the card in my hand in about a week.

Mine was ok, expiry is 12 months from date of issue.

I am still waiting for my Reward Card. I have filed a complaint with BT and I received a phone call about it. I was told that depending on how you sign up will see how well the process takes. If you are referred to BT via another website sometimes the offer does not work properly.
I believe I went directly to the BT website - maybe from ThinkBroadband.
Regardless I think BT is not being totally honest with the public and this is disgraceful.They are trying to weasel out of these offers.What does that say about the organisation?
I was offered a £70 credit on my bill but I said I wanted the £70 on a card.
I shall continue to bug BT about this.

How on earth can you say that BT are trying to weasel out of their offer given they have offered you a £70 credit.

What this tells me is that as an organisation BT honour their obligations. Why on earth do you think otherwise?

They advertise the Reward but when you go to claim it, there is no record of it on the Reward Claim site. That's why.

They should just credit the account in all instances and forget about these problematical reward cards. When under contract it's not like people can escape paying that £70 to BT at some point.
