12/04/2023 - Engineer came to fit FTTP, but after he had finished, solid orange light on the HUB. Was told our HUB was faulty and to order a new one...new one came next day, still the same issue.
14/04/2023 - Another engineer came to look at the problem, he did some tests and came to the conclusion it was BT.
20/04/2023 - Another engineer came, did more tests, then spoke to their DCoE team, did some more tests and everything was fine. They said the issue was with BT Wholesale but nothing is working.
What gives?
