BT clearly confident that the networks and any upgrades can easily accommodate higher user numbers and any associated increase in actual use.

They still reserve the right to manage protocols when its "busy" but removing the FUP conditions is definitely a positive sign that they think the system can cope.

REALLY IMPRESSED WITTH AQUISS CUSTOMER SERVICE (MARTIN) KNOWS HIS STUFF AND ALWAYS GETS BACK TO YOU. GONE FOR BUISNESS 45 OPTION AS THE PEAK PERIOD IS ONLY 8AM - 8PM AND ALL WEEKEND. AND THEY ALLOW FOR THERE USERS FLEXABILITY IF THE PACKAGES DONT SUIT. AND I 100% KNOW BT CUSTOMER SERVICES CANT MATCH THIS SHOULD ISSUES ARRIVE AS I STILL HAVE BT LINE AND THERE TERRIBLE AT THE BEST OF TIMES. JUST READ ON THE BT FORUM THAT ONE OF THE BT CUSTOMER CARE GIRLS DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT FUP WAS LOL GOOD JOB THERE GETTING RID.

THESE ARE MY OWN OPIONS AS A END USER CONSUMER
