I would think with a Profile of 33464 Kbps and a throughput of 13507 Kbps that something is amiss?

Are the FA semi-finals being streamed to the net? Many ISPs will slow down if so. Or was that test at some other time?

Think it was taken at around 16:30 this afternoon.

Wired or wireless ?

That speed test was done on a PC wired to the Hub.
