You imply that exchange only lines are included in the CSV files linked to, but in the file it states PLEASE NOTE: Postcodes which map to Exchange Only Lines are not shown in this report.
What does the M_A, M_F, M_B etc mean where the cabinet number would usually be?
Might just have import them into my database, see if it grinds to a halt....

That indicates it is an Exchange Only line. No cabinet

As Ribble says, plus exchange only is also indicated by a "1" in the Exchange column. Just the annotation you quote is incorrect. They probably changed their mind and included it and forgot to remove that.

Does that mean that everything is ready?

Since it was planned back in phase 5a which has long past, try putting a order in for BT's FTTP service and see if you can order it.

Still nothing.
I've sent a complaint to BT, we'll see what they have to say.

The lack of information about FTTP from bt/openreach is quite pathetic, they should at least add a date to the checker when we can expect it, i don't get why is it treated so differently to FTTC, if it wasn't for the spreadsheet and knowing the town was getting FTTC/P, we would be left thinking we weren't getting anything at all.

I can't see them offering a choice of FTTC or FTTP to customers, it will always be one or the other, especially as they will be launching "FTTP on Demand" next year which will carry a hefty install charge.

It could be that OR is having problems with FTTP long delays due to install times etc, proably gone through most of their estimated instal dates.
Though most customers that have been allocated for a FTTP deployment would be happy to at least get a rough instal date, though would see quite a few wanting FTTC instead.
