It should also have an FTTC availability or expected date, with a speed estimate.

Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 54.3/15.4Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Depends where you live, I've mapped our area, and there's a map for Hereford that I've seen.

Sometimes the superfast where and when site will show a rough position for your cabinet, but only if it's delayed.

As the other poster says, streetview is very useful, and if your cabinet is listed in the leaked December 2011 spreadsheet then you can map the postcode data on batchgeo to help find it.

No should about it, I've checked plenty which have had cabs installed and/or scheduled on roadworks.org but state nothing about FTTC on the checker.
