How long did it take to resolve your issue? I'm getting concerned that the cab will fill up. The standard ADSL speeds around here are terrible. Fiber will be popular.

Finally at last my fibre is now accepting order say bt.com checker but plusnet product change still saying up to 7Mb no metion of 80/20 yet?

Estimated line speed:
7Mb (This may vary between 5.5Mb and 12Mb) - Checked on 2014-01-28 23:17:01
Current line speed:
16.8 Mb

Best described as "a few weeks".

Even then, the order couldn't be made until BT (wholesale/openreach) broke my ADSL broadband entirely.

After that, it took two expedited appointments to be installed.

Plusnet say my property isn't FTTC and no date is planned. They say it unlikely I would get it. Very disappointed overall frown

I don't like the sound of that at all.

I thought it was a BT Retail problem but my issue sounds very familiar to the one you experienced which was an OR issue.

Knowing how OR operate, this is worrying.

Yes what is annoying me the most is my parents can order it now but mine cannot because it not available. My parents is available. They only live across the road. Not happy at all.
