One would hope.

The cab down next to the pub at the bottom of constitution hill is getting its power connected as I type.

There is also ppl working installing sub ducting from cab 7 to the exchange..

Its getting closer and closer xD

I have a feeling from way back that the roadworks permission would be requested by Openreach, not the subcontractor Scottish Power.

I guess it depends?
