On internal BT systems.

I wonder when BT will be back to connect the rest of the cabs. I'm on PCP 2.

When it says 'No sign of FTTC', does that mean they have no plan to give that cab high speed broadband?

At the moment no.

I cant get any specific info from Superfast-Wales on those cabs either.

There is one way you may find out if FTTC is scheduled for a cabinet, use the full address checker, and enter just the postcode for the cabinet location. You may have to try several around it's area, often you can find the DSLAM listed, sometimes it might be under the same postcode as the PCP, sometimes not. Sometimes you can't find the DSLAM or PCP, which doesn't mean it isn't comming. Try CT88ET for an example of just the DSLAM in the results list, and CT88RX for PCP and DSLAM, you may need to scroll down the list.

CH7 4LT gives cab 2
Cab 3 serves CH7 4TX
