I think there may be one person who might know about a cab going to support EO lines, but maybe doesn't (with it being BDUK?) else would probably have posted in the thread earlier in the year.

when open reach upgrade the exchange for fttc do they upgrade it to adsl2+?

Not necessarily, the FTTC cabinets may be fed from a fibre aggregation point elsewhere.

I expect in this case they will connect to Pickering exchange where the handover node will be, so no need to do anything at Kirby Misperton exchange.
I would expect work on the E/O solution to start soon, if not already, with a new PCP and DSLAM cab near the exchange

Main Street has a good few postcodes in it and a good lot of EO, so it will depend on where the poster actually is.
Just because some EO work is done on an exchange does not guarantee all lines are enabled, they might just deploy FTTP to the postcodes with a higher proportion of business premises.

i live up ducks farm close and the culdesack was built in 2005, and has underground wiring where as the old houses up mainstreet are on poles, and on roadworks.org there is planned work to start on the 5th november and finish on the 18th for outside the exchange ? what could this be?

Most roadworks applications state what they are for.

Just says traffic lights so could be for example doing some work to install FTTP aggregation node for a local business area like the Holiday Park a few 100 metres north of that point.
Just because an exchange is highlighted as C and or P guarantees nothing, it is down to what is actually planned for individual areas within an exchange area.
Nothing to a handful of EO lines being fed with FTTP from Pickering and needing a little work on pavement chambers needing traffic lights or EO to be ignored and just cabinets 1 and 2 getting FTTC

a month ago they digged a trench on the pavement i dident get to see what they did but i went for a walk later on and saw tarmac from one bt mahole on the floor then it went to a telegraph pole this is near the exchange only about 75meters
