so if the cab was near the exchange which would be about 321m by road what sort of speed can i expect from fttc if i went with infinity 2 option if it comes to this area i can follow the bt manholes down my street to the exchange so it is about 350m to the exchange

Funnily enough this checker will give you your line length https://windows.mouselike.org/be/index.asp?DoAction=...

for some reason every checker thinks the exchange is at little baugh but it is at the bottom of the village there is a sign on the gate saying this is bt property and its a little building and outside it there is a bt manhole on the floor

That's odd. So BT don't know where their exchange is?

well im thinking its an error because on the where and when bt checker it says it is near little baugh in the middle of an empty field but its in kirby mipserton which is strange and i know it is because i get 7-8mbps download speed but postcodes in little baugh get about 6-5.5mbps

Hmmm. I can't find any information anywhere more than you have in that first screen shot.

Re where the exchange is, the line above the estimates table from this checker is normally definitive if you give it the phone number.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.4/14.5Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM
