Well you need to look at this line:
6. Data rate: 8492 / 49181
That's what your getting now.

And this line:

7. Maximum data rate: 25643 / 66827
Which is saying that your line is capable of getting this speed if your lucky, also depends on your fibre package you are paying for.

But not having fibre myself I may be wrong about that info.

Paul

I think that's the up to 76Mbit one.
Well that speed your getting would depend on how far your away from the cabinet, don't know the maths for it, but I guess that must be right.

49Mbits down for option 2 (up to 76Mbit) lot more to pay for the extra 10Mbits, not read the whole thread, so that may of already been said.
But if you have no issues paying for the extra 10Mbits so be it.

Anyhow you may or may not get lucky and it may of may not get faster, but there seems room for it, but what do I know tongue

These are the important ones - they're all the info the HH5 gives really
5. DSL uptime: 0 days, 00:04:14
6. Data rate: 8492 / 49181
7. Maximum data rate: 25643 / 66827
8. Noise margin: 16.6 / 6.5
9. Line attenuation: 15.9 / 14.9

Why is 5. so low, 4 minutes?
Why is 6. so low especially compared to 7.?
Why is noise margin 16.6 when data rate is 8492?

hub had resynced again......got openreach engineer coming tom morning to look at it....an i finally got round to putting those stats on here.....

Could be intermittent noise, mainly affecting upstream frequencies? That would explain low upstream sync and high noise margin.

what would atypical noise margin be for say 60/20?

Could be the ISP capping them close to 10Mbit ?
But yeah could be down to errors.
