future network soloutions

Hello, we have had a pcp cab and dslam built for Eo lines outside the exchange the cabs have been stood for 2 months, I keep checking the checker, my question is there has been a lot of vans in the area with future network solutions written on the side I read up and it says they do testing and commissioning, do bt hire them to commission cabs?

They may be doing all manner of jobs, from blowing/fusing the fibre to the commissioning.

Openreach does contract out to various comms firms to do the work.
