If the IP Profile doesn't work, there is a way of getting the sync speed from the ONT. But it is a bit of a fiddle.

Which ISP is this btw?

A&A is the ISP (both a previous post and the speed test show this )

I would speak to A&A as they should be able to shed more light. They might have put the OP on a 110Mbps profile their end.

Hopefully they can but unusually for A&A they seem to have problems finding the issue going by this:

My ISP (Andrews & Arnold) have been really, really helpful throughout the whole order process and very kindly lent me a firebrick router so I could confirm it is not my router. They have also confirmed they have not capped the speed on my line

A&A have been incredibly helpful. They have confirmed they haven't capped the speed. They have logged a fault with BT - we'll see how BT respond...

I'll see if I can get any more information from the BT wholesale speedtest site (I have also tried the speedtest there before but I'll see if it says anything else)

Never seen anyone try it, but what does http://speedtest.btwholesale.com show for the IP Profile setting

In am not sure how to see the IP Profile setting on the BT Wholesale speedtester but I tried further diagnostics and it didn't recognise my address so I have asked A&A for my broadband circuit ID to see if this provides any useful information.

I wonder if it's through TalkTalk Business?

AIUI the BTW speedtest runs on LLU now, but all the Further Diagnostics do is pull up the IP Profile - which TT Business wouldn't have.

I don't think FTTPoD can work through Talk Talk Business but others will know better than me. I think it is probably a quirk of FTTPoD that the further diagnostics doesn't work with my address - I'll try again when I have the broadband circuit ID

Not sure if you still need the info but the TBB speedtest seems to be capable of 600Mbps+.

Ignore the upload speed on the BT test; it's a fault with the stupid Virtual Box software the VM is running in.

Looks like the TBB test is more capable than the BT test looking at that.

Not sure that having the circuit identifier, the OGEA reference, will be of any use either, I don't think the BT Wholesale tester is set up to intake that either.

Can you press A&A for an SFVA visit from Openreach ?
