It's not a new build is it ?

It is - but so is every property on the cabinet. The only issue might be it was originally on a different cabinet and moved as part of fibre enabling work (edit: every property on cabinet will have been moved)

If you must have Infinity, call the Options team on 0800 587 7216 or try another ISP.

I just want bandwidth. I dont care who its from, but there is a simple fact that I cannot get away from - the infrastructure here is owned by BT; if they are saying that I "can't" get fibre, then each ISP will have the same information and give me the same answer.

My issue is that the answer is incorrect, or at least I do not see what the issue could be and why I would be any different from anyone else.

Cheers
Ben

I have indeed ordered it through Plusnet, however I will remain sceptic until I actually get it... BT checker has not changed.

Hi, New to the forum, but hoping anyone can please help shed any light on cab 31 on the Stockton exchange (NES).

No fibre cab has appeared yet but other local cabs have been popping up recently. Its a part of the Digital Durham rollout, just hope its me being inpatient and it will come soon. Cheers
