Just to add, it is technically a BT line . A "BT line" means Openreach Wholesale Line Rental, (WLR3), as opposed to LLU line rental. Just to confuse the issue, LLU providers can also offer WLR3 if they wish. O2/Be being one example when they existed - all their lines were "BT lines". I think the same applied to Orange LLU.

ah I wasn't sure about that or not. Turned out its just because its not activated yet.

I contacted Openreach and got some feedback - that they can do nothing until my line is active.
