Thanks for the replies

So just to summarise. The TP-Link Archer VR600 will be fine to use on it's own without the need of the BT Openreach modem ?

And yes I am just looking for a single box solution. The less clutter/wires the better.

thanks

Lee

It will work without an openreach modem. It is an all in one box solution. We can assist if you need help getting it going smile

My broadband disconnects if someone phones my line.

It was pretty much every time but seems to have reduced following some work by open reach, initially screwing in the connection at the cab (oh dear!) and later a move to new cables D side and E side.

Got a multi-skilled engineer coming to have another look next week, to see if they can get rid of the issue completely.

BT ADSL customer getting 4.1 Mbps (0.9 Mbps up) on a new road / new build development
CAB not FTTC enabled, not part of the 66% commercial plan. Not a BDUK area. Hoping the council will let VM in-fill!

I can't see why "lee111s" said they needed a modem?!
In reply to a post by lee111s:
You can still use the Openreach modem if you really want to and use the above linked device purely as a router.
But it was an unnecessary addition to his correct answer preceding it in the post. It just confused the issue.
