My take on the two stats posts you have made.
I concur.
Attenuation at 14.6 suggests somewhere around 300m - mine at 16.4dB is around 440m.
My previous property had attenuation of just under 17dB. It was around 375m.
When first installed (cab was 18 months old by then), attainable was around 90/25. 3 years later, it was about 78/22.
It does, to me, point to a VERY noisy line whether it is from cross talk, external noise, a bad/noisy power supply or something in your house causing the problem.
At which point, seeing the Hlog, QLN, SNR/tone and bits/tone graphs can help.
