I always look at what ADSLmax thinks, and assume the exact opposite is much more likely to come true...

When G.Fast is released nationwide, then it is far more likely that G.Fast will be the thing that matches FTTP's price.

FTTPoD, on the other hand, will still need to be sufficiently more expensive so as to make people choose G.Fast instead.
