Well without seeing the whole image its hard to say, but it seems that you are in fact too far away from your cabinet to order FTTC, either that or its an error.

My guesses are its the first causing the issue due to there is FTTPoD available to you and no FTTC.

Just wait it out for now. You only need to worry if everyone else changes to available and you don't. At the moment everyone shows unavailable to order fibre and there's no way it will be left like that.

Hello again. order can now be placed 👍👍

Placed mine yesterday morning unfortunately could only order sky fiber unlimited instead of sky fiber max, which I was hoping for, this is due to me having a low VDSL range A of 56.3 and sky's minimum is apparently 57.4...

Going to look at other isps, Vodafone are doing a good deal at the momemt.

Don't go to Vodafone, they do not allow the use of other modems/routers and currently there is no way to get your username or password.

Many have also had problems with the vodafone supplied router, one I know dropping the connection virtually hourly.

On that kind of line length and get between 4Mb and 5Mb, typically just above 4Mb is the normal sync speed I get, with a 1.1Mb upload speed which is the real winner compared to 488kb.

PlusNet Unlimited Fibre 3Mb to 5Mb
