@Paul - The exchange is around 1.4km from the cabinet, and the cabinet is just over 200m from my house. Measurements are in a straight line by the way.
Well I found the OP exchange and followed the route to the OP Postcode and I did see loads of PCP and Fibre Cabinets on the way, most were other cabinets, but there were some with no numbers on them, so maybe it was one of those.
But saying that, both the BT DSL Checker and the Where and when page say that nobody can get it and that they was all too far from the cabinet, granted I didn't check all addresses.

Just realised you have your full address on that uploaded table. Best to delete that and substitute one with just the exchange and cabinet number on that line.
A description or street photo of where the phone cabinet is would be useful as well as someone may know more about it. A pic of the fibre cab is unnecessary.
My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - AAISP Home::1 80/20. Sync 63086/13719Kbps @ 600m. BQMs - IPv4 & IPv6

Yeah that is correct, the cab is fairly new and isn't on Google Street View.
The cab is located on the corner of these roads, if that helps with anything.

And within 5 metres of where I thought it should be

A good marker that the cabinet has gone live is in the last section. When "VDSL multicast" is available, then FTTC is normally.
It could be that the DP doesn't have the right data stored to allow an estimate, so the OP doesn't get an estimate. Everyone using the same DP would be in the same boat.
It is probably worth checking some other properties on the same cab, but on different DPs.

Yeah I saw that one as well between the 3rd and 4th car, but due to Google Maps not been there yet I was unable to check the number.
And also there are loads of different types of cabinets for the area, so I wasn't too sure what cabinet it really was.

Well I normally check for the PCP first in the area that has the highest FTTC speeds listed and then just walk about on google maps, I virtually walked past that area 5 times.
Sadly the google car hasn't been in that area, so I was unable to see the PCP number if there is one printed on it.

Just an update, as of Friday 19th May I was able to order Fibre Broadband. The Openreach checker had updated, and so did the dslchecker site.
For anyone in a similar situation - a silver lock was installed on to the fibre cabinet on 5th May, the Openreach & dslchecker sites were updated (although I wasn't able to order fibre) on 10th May, finally on 19th May, I was able to order fibre. So 2 weeks from when the silver lock was fitted - although this isn't gospel and can be different for everyone.
