update. the address checker now shows the correct info ie WBC FTTP up to 330 but the phone number checker shows only FTTPoD. the OR "When can I get fibre" says congrats up to 330 fibre is available as well. SO now comes the harder bit, who do I give my money to BT, Cerberus .Zen, Spectrum or some one else?? I know I will get lots of differing opinions so I wont rush into anything just yet( A few more weeks on slow BB isnt going to make much difference now)

And a great BIG THANK YOU to Andrew for prodding the right person and getting the database sorted (what would we do without him????)

With the current results you could order FTTP on a new line but you would not be able to keep the existing landline number.
The checker for the landline number would need corrected.

If you don't care about keeping the landline number this is irrelevant butt important if you wish to retain it.

Once FTTP is up and running they could transfer the number to voip then cancel the copper line
