I did another post showing that from 6pm to midnight my line drops to less than 1mb.
Openreach say no faults found, and im 99% sure its just because we are over capacity
Cabinet 15 with VDSL2 available so why EO is mentioned no idea.
As for speeds dropping to 1 Mbps - need to see the speed test (i.e. link to your results from https://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest ), unlikely that capacity at a VDSL2 cabinet will drop throughput that low in the evening, more likely Wi-Fi or ISP issues
